Alan999 will provide the services it offers (the “Services”) in accordance with (i) the general terms and conditions described below (the “Common T&C”) and (ii) the specific terms and conditions applicable to each Service (see Alan999 FAQ) (the “Specific T&C”). Those who contract (the “Client“) any Services agree to be bound to the Common T&C and to the applicable Specific T&C. Both the Common T&C and the Specific T&C are referred to as the “T&C”. The Client should review the applicable T&C prior to contracting Services from us.

Updated T&C

Alan999 may revise the T&C from time to time. The most current version of the T&C will be published on Alan999’s website. Any new T&C will apply from the date of their publication in this website. For subscriptions to services ordered on or before the last update of the T&C, the new T&C will apply from the date of the renewal of the current subscription period (as elected by the Client), if renewed.

All the Services will be subject to the following Common T&C.

Shipping

The order may take 7-15 working days (or longer depending on the specific situation).

I always try to ship things out as soon as possible, but occasionally, due to events/times/order quantities, the package may take a few days to ship. Please be patient. In most cases, this business is managed by me alone. When there are many things to do, I will ask someone to assist in handling them. If there is a delay in the work of the studio for any reason, I will contact you.

When an item is sent from my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service and customs. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with myself and the postage companies. I’ll always try my best to help the situation but occasionally things can go astray, in which case please get in touch and we can arrange a refund or for another order to be sent out. This happens very rarely and I deal with any instances of breakage/missing items on a case by case basis.

Orders shipped outside of the CN are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Returns and Refunds

Yes, please return it within 15 Days after receiving the order(Digital products excepted). We will refund the money when we receive the goods. The artwork shall be returned in its original package, and you shall bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties and additional charges.

Accountability for content

The content of my work is carefully designed. However, the accuracy, completeness or theme of the content cannot be guaranteed. According to the law, we are also responsible for the contents of these websites. In this regard, please note that some of our works refer to the pictures published online. Therefore, if some works infringe your rights, please contact me(hi@alan999.com).Delete or negotiate according to the general applicable laws.

My online shop is usually restocked in large batches from time to time. I don’t follow any specific timelines and announcements for when they’ll go live can be found on my Youtube. If you’d like a more concrete answer please get in touch.
